The River to Rail Ride is back for 2026! Join us on September 12 for SAG-supported cycling routes beginning and ending at the White Oak Barn in Kennekuk County Park in Danville, IL. With the exception of the 7.5-mile route, cyclists will bike the completed section of the Vermilion County KRT including the 1/4-mile Trestle Bridge 90 feet over the Middle Fork River.

7.5 to 63-mile routes are available — all levels of cyclists are welcome!

Hosted by the Vermilion County Conservation District, all proceeds from this fundraising bicycle event will support the continued development of the Kickapoo Rail Trail.
